Our recent stay at Keswick Hall was truly memorable. The beautiful renovations made the property even more stunning, and the thoughtful touches in the rooms added an extra level of comfort. The new restaurant was absolutely gorgeous, and we loved the addition of the coffee café.

The staff seemed poorly trained as they were unable to offer basic concierge services such as recommendations for car services and appeared to be inconsistent in their customer service skills. The restaurant service was also lacking as we experienced long wait times for food and poor communication from our server.

I thought that the hotel was beautifully decorated and situated in a lovely countryside location. the views were amazing and the dinner food was top notch. the rooms had some thoughtful touches that really made them feel special and unique.

I was really disappointed with the service at the hotel. Staff members were not friendly or welcoming, and seemed to be just going through the motions.
